I bought this to replace the original rear window seal on a 1986 Glasstite topper the old seal had shrank really bad and the locking rubber strip was so hard it broke into pieces when I took it out like plastic . My first thought after checkout was did I buy the right seal ? And when I see the contact for MM seals was in England I was a little uneasy since I did not want wait 14 days to get it but when it came in 5 days or less and it was the correct seal I was glad I bought it .
I bought 15 ft just in case I used 13.5 ft or so and I did it myself first one it came out great 👍. I was going to list all the tips and things but it would be too long of a review but since this seal is not corner formed I suggest using tape over night around the corners to hold it in place the seal goes around the window glass first and then into the channel of whatever your putting it in the lock strip goes in last .
